Eligibility Criteria of Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023:
Age Limit:
Post 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11: Candidates’ age must be between 18 to 23 years.
Other Posts: Candidates’ age must be between 18 to 25 years.
Other Criteria:
Only one dependent family member of Assam rifles personnel who was killed in action, died while in service, was discharged from service on medical ground, and missing while in service are eligible to apply for a compassionate ground appointment.
Educational Qualification:
General Duty: 10th class pass from a recognized Board.
Clerk:
Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board/University or equivalent.
Radio Mechanic:
10th from a recognized board with a diploma in Radio and Television Technology Electronics Telecommunications Computer Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic appliances from any institution recognized by the Central Government or the State Government.
Draftsman’s:
10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board and three years of Diplomas in Architectural Assistantship from any recognized Polytechnic College or Institution.
Armourer:
10th class pass from a recognized Board.
Nursing Assistant: 10th class passed with English, Mathematics, and Science with Biology from a recognized board.
Barber:
10th class pass from a recognized Board.
Carp:
10th class pass from a recognized Board.
Cook:
10th class pass from a recognized Board.
Washerman:
10th class pass from a recognized Board.
Safai:
10th class pass from a recognized Board.
Trade Test Norms:
Candidates must have Practical knowledge of respective trades.
